The eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, began with its first episode in Delhi’s Sunder Nursery on February 10, 2025, where he shared valuable advice on tackling exam stress. Traditionally held as a live event, PPC 2025 has introduced a fresh format with pre-recorded episodes, each hosted by a distinguished personality.
For the first time, renowned figures like Sadhguru, Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, Rujuta Diwekar, Vikrant Massey, Bhumi Pednekar, Technical Guruji, Radhika Gupta, and more will host individual sessions. Deepika Padukone takes centre stage in the second episode,
emphasising the need for students to express their emotions rather than suppress them—an idea also highlighted in PM Modi’s book ‘Exam Warrior’.
Her episode will be live-streamed on the YouTube channel of the Ministry of Education, MyGov India, the YouTube channel of PM Modi, Doordarshan channels, and All India Radio (AIR) FM and Medium Wave channels.
The Ministry of Education says that PPC 2025 has broken all the previous records for participation, as more than 5 crore students have shown interest in the programme, which gives it more significance in addressing the concerns of students across the country.
