Delhi HC to hear plea seeking relaxation for JEE Advanced 2023 on April 17

Delhi High Court heard a plea today, March 22, 2023, regarding the plea seeking compensatory attempt for the JEE Advanced 2023. During the hearing, the court was informed that a reply was filed in the matter, however it is not on record.

The court has now granted 7 days to the petitioner file rejoinder and the next hearing will be heard on



April 17, 2023, as per the Live Law report. The petition heard today was filed by 67 students who missed the opportunity of JEE Advanced.

The matter was heard by a single Judge bench Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav. A relaxation was also sought regarding the criteria of 75 percent aggregate marks in the Class 12 Board Exam to get admission to IIT.
