Amid the deteriorating air quality levels, Delhi's Education Minister on Sunday announced the closure of all primary schools in the state until November 10 due to the rapidly deteriorating air quality conditions. This move comes in response to the pressing concerns regarding the health and safety of young students, who are particularly susceptible to the harmful
effects of air pollution.
For students in grades 6 to 12, schools have been provided with the flexibility to transition their classes to an online format. This measure aims to ensure that education can continue seamlessly while simultaneously reducing students' exposure to the hazardous air quality conditions that have enveloped the region.
