DOST registration, web options extended

Hyderabad: The last date for registration and exercise of web options for the first phase of degree admissions in the State through Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) 2021 has been extended up to July 24.

According to a new schedule issued by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education here on Thursday, seats for candidates who participated in the first phase admissions will be allotted on July 31. Students who receive such seat allotment order must self-report online between August 1 and 5.

Candidates can register for second phase admissions from August 1 to 9 and web options will be available from



August 2 to 9. The certificate verification for candidates belonging to special category (PH/CAP/NCC/Extra-curricular activities) is on August 6 and seat allotment in the second phase admissions will done on August 14.

A total of 1,40,581 candidates registered for first phase admissions and 1,28,573 have paid fees till the last count on Thursday. Of the total who have paid fees, 88,123 candidates exercised their web options for allotment of seat and college.
