English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Vice-Chancellor, E Suresh Kumar met Janaka Pushpanathan, Director, British Council, South India and Anu Thampi, Head, Schools of English and Skills, British Council, South India, here on Friday.
They discussed the possibility of collaborating on new projects in English language training. Professor Suresh spoke about the university’s achievements in the field of English language
teaching, training and research as a great resource to initiate collaboration with the British Council.
Pushpanathan apprised the VC about the on-going collaborative projects between the two institutions. Referring to the Action Research Mentor Scheme of the British Council, she suggested that the School of English Language Education at the EFLU could participate in the programme.
