GO issued for filling 660 posts in health department

The government on Thursday issued orders for filling of 660 vacancies in the health department through the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC). The posts under various categories will be filled in Director of Medical Education (148), Director of Public Health and Family Welfare (457), and Commissioner of Vaidya Vidhana Parishat (55).

The government also instructed all the department



heads to prepare the details such as qualifications required for the various vacant posts and other criteria and notify the TSPSC after intimating the finance department. If there are any necessary amendments to the services those also will be issued.

Among the vacant posts to be filled include 55 civil assistant surgeons and 382 nurses in the Vaidya Vidhana Parishat.
