Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar announces to close schools for students up to class 8 till April 30

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday announced the decision to shut Haryana schools till April 30 for students up to class 8 due to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases. Haryana recorded the highest coronavirus spike in the last four months on Thursday with



2,872 new Covid-19 cases.

The CM said that the state government was trying to ensure there was no panic and life continued as normal despite the recent Covid-19 spike. He said that the situation would be analysed city by city and all necessary precautions would be taken.
