Justice M S Ramachandra Rao of the Hyderabad High Court on Friday refused to stay the Teachers Recruitment Test (TRT) being conducted to fill teachers’ posts in government institutions in Telangana.
Rejecting the plea to stay the examination, the judge reminded that ‘after long time some jobs are being made available’ and the court will not stay the examination in the last minute.
Several
people from Nizamabad and Adilabad districts had approached the court complaining that hall tickets were not available and the test is sought to be conducted online. If the written examination is conducted by filling the OMR sheets, they can verify the answers with a key later. Justice Rao advised the petitioners to withdraw the case or the court will dismiss it. The case was duly withdrawn. The test is scheduled today.
