Hyderabad based Reevax Pharma has deployed its unique bacteria and viruses disinfecting autonomous robot UVRova BR, to Telangana’s Nodal Gandhi Hospital, a key hospital for treating Covid-19 affected patients in the state.
The robot called UVROVA BR will be deployed inside the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and disinfect the recently vacated beds and the immediate area surrounding it before and just before the occupation of a new patient on a bed.
This one-of-its-kind robot rapidly disinfects the areas and surfaces including ICU beds used by corona infected within 5 minutes.
UVRova BR requires only a single button press to operate and can be used to
rapidly disinfect areas like floors, operating tables, treatment rooms, ICU rooms and beds, clothing, PPE, masks, and waiting areas within minutes.
’’Operated using electricity, the autonomous UVRova BR robot does not require any external consumables such as chemicals, gases, fumes, vapours, sound, corrosion, or residues, and therefore, it is fully safe and secure.’’ said the company while handing over the robot to government.
Reevax Pharma Private Limited handed over the autonomous disinfection robot to state minister KT Rama Rao.
As part of the CSR initiative, Reevax Pharma has delivered autonomous robot UVRova BR to Gandhi Hospital for free of cost.
