IBPS SO 2019 Notification released; Registration from November 6

Official notification for IBPS recruitment of Speciality Officer (SO) VIII 2018-19 has been released by the IBPS. Interested candidates can check the notification on IBPS official website, ibps.in. Meanwhile, the online registration will begin from November 6 till November 26 with preliminary exam to be held on December 29 and 30.

As per the notification, the IBPS is recruiting for six different types of specialist officers namely, IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR Personnel/Officer, and Marketing Officer. All of these are Scale I



position. For applying for the IBPS SO exams, candidate must be at least 20-years of age and the maximum age limit is 30. Candidates are asked to check the IBPS SO notification for the age relaxation, if eligible.

To qualify for the IBPS SO posts, candidates will have to go through the three-stage process. Meanwhile, the admit card for preliminary exam will be available for download in the month of December.

Preliminary exam: December 29, 30

Main Exam: January 27, 2019

Interview section: Date yet to announce
