Intermediate Public Examinations begin today

The Intermediate Public Examinations began on a peaceful note across the State on Wednesday. The first year exams commenced at 9 am and will conclude at 12 pm. A total 9,42,719 including 4,52,550 first year and 4,90,169 second year students are expected to sit for exams which will be held till March



18.

The Board of Intermediate Education has made elaborate arrangements for smooth conduct of exams. A total of 1,227 centres have been constituted with 24,508 invigilators. All the centres have been equipped with CCTV surveillance system.
