JEE Advanced 2024 registrations postponed, check new date

The registration dates for JEE Advanced 2024 have been revised by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Originally set to commence on April 21, the application process will now begin on April 27. The deadline for application submission has been extended to May 7, while the last date for fee payment of registered candidates is now May 10. Candidates who rank within the top 2.5 lakh and successfully clear the JEE Main 2024 will be eligible to register for the JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in. Applicants must have a birthdate on or after October 1, 1999. However, candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PWD categories are granted a five-year age relaxation. For those applying for these categories, the birth date



requirement is October 1, 1994, or later.

JEE Advanced 2024 is set to be conducted on May 26. The examination will be conducted in two sessions: Paper I from 9 am to 12 pm and Paper II from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Candidates can download their admit cards starting from May 17. Meanwhile, the online registration for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2024 will open on June 9 and close on June 10. The AAT exam will take place on June 12 in a single session from 9 am to 12 pm. Results of the AAT will be announced on June 15, 2024. Concurrently, the Joint Seat Allocation (JoSAA) 2024 process is anticipated to begin on June 10. For further details, candidates can refer to the official JEE Advanced website.
