After IIT Delhi and Delhi University (DU), Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University has also released a notice to declare the suspension of classes in the wake of the spread of Coronavirus in the state. According to reports, the university has suspended classes until March 31, 2020.
JNU had already stopped
biometric attendance for its staff from March 4, 2020. The university had asked its staff members and officials to mark their attendance manually.
The notification also states that the events including seminars, conferences, and workshops to be conducted on the campus have been postponed during the stipulated time.
