Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to promote failed students of classes 9 and 11 to next class

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, KVS is ready to promote the students of classes 9 and 11 who have failed in one or more subjects to the next class without attending the supplementary exams.

The students will be given the project work based on which they will be promoted to the next class. The Kendriya Vidyalayas, KVS has taken this one-time measure because of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.

According to the



letter signed by the Joint Commissioner, Priya Thakur at KVS any failing student of class 9th or 11th will be allowed to attend the next class without any supplementary exams.

The exams are to be attempted by the student in case he/she fails in any two of the subjects. This time in case a student fails in all 5 of the subjects they will be promoted to the next class based on a project they need to complete assigned by the school.
