KNRUHS varsity declares holiday

The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal declared holiday to all its affiliated colleges up to March 31. The decision comes in the wake of the State government announcing holidays, as a precaution to contain spread of coronavirus.

The students of various medical and dental colleges have been advised to avoid public and social gatherings and avoid travel as a precautionary measure. The holidays, however, will not be applicable to faculty and



office staff of all the colleges, interns and Postgraduate students in all the faculties such as medical, dental and AYUSH and interns and PGs of Nursing and allied Health courses working in hospitals.

Principals of the institutions must ensure that preventive measures are taken for faculty, interns and PGs in hospital duty. The university examinations, which were notified earlier, will be conducted as per the schedule.
