Koti Women’s College is all set to become Telangana’s first Women’s University

The prestigious Koti Women’s College in the city is all set to become Telangana’s first Women’s University.

Education Minister, P Sabitha Indra Reddy who held meeting with education department on Tuesday, directed the officials to prepare proposals for upgrading the



college into university.

At present the University College for Women, Koti, being operated as the Osmania University’s constituent college, has the University Grants Commission’s autonomous status and National Assessment and Accreditation Council grade as well.
