The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has released the time table for Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations (IPASE) which will be held from May 16 to 27. The first year theory exams will be from 9 am to 12 noon while second year is from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

The practical exams will be conducted from May 28 to 31. Ethics and Human Values exam is on June 1 from 10 am to 1 pm whereas Environmental Education examination is on June 3 from 10 am to 1 pm.

The last date for payment of examination fee for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations (IPASE) is April 25. Students can apply for re-verification/ recounting of valued answer scripts from April 19 to 25. The IPASE will commence from May 14 and a time-table



will be issued on Friday.

First year candidates who have passed in all papers can appear for improvement on payment of Rs 150 per paper in addition to the normal examination fee. Candidates who have passed two year intermediate course in 2017 can improve their performance within two years. They would be allowed to attempt only twice during the said period.

The passed candidates of IPASE May/June 2017 can also appear for improvement in IPASE 2019 as last chance, if not availed two chances in the previous IPEs.

“The IPASE dates may be altered if it coincides with the poll dates in the State,” said A Ashok, Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education.
