The Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Ministry of the Maharashtra government is set to revolutionise the job-seeking process with a groundbreaking initiative. Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha has announced the launch of a programme that will employ artificial intelligence (AI) to design and generate resumes for one lakh job seekers.

The initiative aims to address the common challenge faced by many job seekers who, despite securing opportunities, encounter initial setbacks due to the quality of their resumes.

In a statement, the state government explained that the lack of a quality resume often hinders job seekers, leading to missed employment opportunities. To tackle this issue, Minister Lodha's visionary approach involves providing digital resumes to the youth, leveraging the capabilities of artificial intelligence.

Through this initiative, lakhs of

youths in the state can easily obtain high-quality, professionally crafted resumes within minutes. Interested individuals can simply send a message with 'Hi' to 8655826684 on WhatsApp and respond to a series of straightforward questions.

The state government plans to complement this initiative with the organisation of 280 job fairs, aiming to assist job seekers in accessing employment opportunities. Recognising the common struggles faced by youth lacking well-crafted resumes during recruitment processes, Minister Lodha's initiative seeks to bridge this gap by offering quality resumes through artificial intelligence.

The digitally created resumes are expected to play a crucial role in facilitating suitable employment for over one lakh youth in Maharashtra. This innovative step marks a significant move towards enhancing employability and streamlining the job-seeking process in the state.
