Nalgonda: Mahatma Gandhi University Vice-Chancellor Khaza Althaf Hussain announced that university is going to introduce new five courses for the academic year 2019-2020. Addressing the media in his chambers on Thursday, the Vice-Chancellor said university was going to introduce MEd, MPEd, MA Development Studies, MA Telugu and MA History and Tourism from this academic year (2019-20) in the interest of students.
Besides post-graduate courses, the university also going to start diploma and
certificate courses in skill development, he added. "University is going to start Skill development centre with the help of Ministry of Industries, NGOs and industrialists in the district," he informed.
Informing that classes were going to start from June 17, he informed that all colleges must follow the biometric system in connection with students' attendance. Process of filling of vacant 34 professors posts in the university was initiated, he added.
