Amid Covid-19, the Manipur government has approved to re-open the schools for the students of classes 6 to 8. As per the decision, the schools will reopen from March 8, 2021, officials said on Wednesday, as reported by PTI.
The state government has already reopened the schools for the students of classes 9 to 12 from January 27, 2021, will all the necessary Covid-19
SOPs.
Further, the schools are also allowed to come up with their system of evaluation for students of Class 6 to 9 in place of the annual examination for promotion to the next higher class, the officials said.
Schools for classes 6 to 8 will reopen in Manipur from March 8 with all the proper Covid-19 related SOPs and guidelines issued by the state and central government.
