MANUU launches online Urdu job mela, has also established a Career Counselling Centre

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) on Friday launched a first-of-its-kind Urdu job mela in the country in online mode. Inaugurating the job mela, MANUU Vice-Chancellor, Prof Syed Ainul Hasan announced that the university would try its best to facilitate placements of its passed out students.

The MANUU has also established a Career Counselling Centre (CCC) to help its students and other candidates with Urdu backgrounds in obtaining suitable jobs or starting



self-employment. Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. SM Rahmatullah described the job mela and establishment of the CCC as historic in the annals of MANUU.

More than 2,500 candidates registered for the job mela from all over the country and they will be interviewed by over 50 companies online in February.
