Manuu, UNICEF health training programme on Aug 30-31

Department of Mass Communication and Journalism of the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (Manuu) in collaboration with the UNICEF will organise a two-day training programme on public health on August 30-31.

According to Prof Ehtesham Ahmed Khan, HoD and dean of the department, the aim of the workshop



is to focus on routine immunization.

“It is an attempt to bridge gaps in health reportage through an innovative capacity building intervention with media, including mid-level journalists, editors, government officials and journalism institutes,” said Khan.
