The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has announced the release of textbooks for Classes 3 and 6 under the new syllabus. Parents and students are urged to remain patient amid the process.
NCERT's decision to launch the textbooks aligns with the recent directive from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), mandating the adoption of new syllabi and textbooks for Classes 3 and 6 from the
upcoming academic session.
NCERT assures that efforts are underway to ensure the timely availability of school books. While books for several other classes have already been printed and delivered to bookshops, those for Classes 3, 4, 5, 9, and 11 are set to hit the market by this month.
While Class 3 textbooks are expected to be available in April, Class 6 textbooks are set to hit the markets in May.
