The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET-UG re-exam results today, June 30, on exams.nta.ac.in. This re-exam was conducted on June 23 for 1563 candidates who were affected by time loss during the initial exam. Following the announcement of the re-exam results, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to commence the counselling
process.
The need for a re-exam arose after the NEET-UG exam earlier this year, where 1563 candidates across seven venues experienced significant time loss. Initially, these candidates were awarded compensatory or grace marks. However, the decision was later made to cancel these grace marks and conduct a re-exam on June 23 specifically for the affected students.
