NTA releases UGC NET December 2022 important notice regarding age limit

UGC NET December 2022: The National Testing Agency, NTA, has recently released an important notice regarding the upper age limit criteria for the UGC NET December 2022.

All the UGC NET December 2022 candidates applying for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) are advised to check the official notice on the website, the link for which is ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

"Few representations have been received from the candidates to fix the last date for calculating the age limit to apply for JRF. The NET Bureau of



UGC (vide Letter No.4-1/2019(NET/NTA) dated 02 January 2023) has requested NTA to fix the upper age limit for applying for JRF as 01.12.2022 instead of 01.02.2023," read the official notice.

Meanwhile, the NTA will conduct the UGC NET December 2022 from February 21, 2023 to March 10, 2023.

Further, the online registration process for the UGC-NET December 2022 will conclude on January 17. The last date for submission of the examination fee (through Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking /UPI is January 18.
