Osmania University has been accorded A+ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) after a span of four years.The results were declared on Tuesday . The grade, which the varsity has received now is a notch higher than the ` A' grade status it enjoyed until recently.
The grade was decided during the 27th meeting of the Standing
Committee of NAAC.OU secured a 3.52 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in the third cycle of the grading.
The varsity vice-chancellor, S Ramachandram, while congratulating the entire faculty, non-teaching staff, students and research scholars for their cooperation and concerted efforts expressed happiness over the announcement.
