Paper Leaks Row: ‘There should be no reason for any hindrance,’ says President Murmu

Indian President Droupadi Murmu today (June 27) addressed a joint sitting of both Houses where she spoke about the ‘paper leak’ case.

Addressing the 18th Lok Sabha for the first time, the President said her government is working to ensure that there are no reasons for any hindrance in competitive examinations or government recruitment



exams.

“Whether it is competitive examinations or Government recruitment there should be no reason for any hindrance. This process requires complete transparency and probity. Regarding the recent instances of paper leak in some examinations, my Government is committed to a fair investigation and ensuring strict punishment to the culprits.
