Class 12 cancellation plea will be heard by the Supreme Court of India tomorrow on May 31, 2021. The Class 12 exams are conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).
Class 12 exams were postponed last year by both the boards due to the Covid-19 situation. This year, the boards are yet to
decide whether to postpone it further or cancel it.
A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar and Dinesh Maheshwari on May 28 filed by petitioner Advocate Mamta Sharma to serve the advance copy of the petition to CBSE and CISCE and listed the matter for May 31, 11 am.
Another plea has been filed by a Kerala Teacher which will also be considered by the Supreme Court.
