Seveenteen year old student of Washington, created the world’s biggest Coronavirus tracking website

Avi Schiffmann  the 17-year-old high school student from Mercer Island High School outside Seattle, Washington, provides an interactive map, information on Coronavirus Covid-19, and a Twitter feed.

He had created a Coronavirus tracking website nCoV2019.live way back in December 2019 when hardly any world leader had even acknowledged it since the outbreak was concentrated inside China. Now, it is the world’s biggest



Coronavirus tracking website with over 83 million viewers, providing the global and local numbers for deaths, recovered people, serious cases, and the number of recovered cases.

In an interview with DemocracyNow.org, Avi Schiffmann says that his coding skill comes from watching YouTube videos and reading online articles.

He had been programming for over a decade before he made this Covid-19 tracking website.
