Show-cause notices slapped on three junior colleges

Bai inspected nearly 15 colleges in the twin-cities and those who were found to run classes were sought explanations as to why they were running classes despite instructions from the Board on extension of holidays. Officials warned off the loss of affiliation and imposing penalties to colleges that won't follow instructions.
