SSB Recruitment 2016 (2068 constable posts)

Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Office of the Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has given an employment notification for the recruitment of 2068 Constable (Cook, Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Water Carrier & Driver) vacancies in sashastra seema bal (SSB) for the year-2016 on temporary basis. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process & how to apply are given below… 

Age Limit: for age details of different posts kindly refer notification 

Educational Qualification: Matriculation with Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License, Diploma 

Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), documentation, written examination, trade test & medical



examination. 

Application fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 50/- No fee for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen & female candidates 

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in prescribed format along with self attested photocopies of documents as given in notification, cover containing application must be superscribed in block letters as “Application for the Post of (Name of Post Applied)-2016” to The Inspector General, Frontier Headquarter, Sashastra Seema Bal, Sankalp Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Plot No TC/35-V-2 Lucknow (U.P) – 226010 for post 1 & The Inspector General, Frontier Headquarter, Sashastra Seema Bal, Rukanpura Bailey Road, Patna (Bihar) – 800014 for other Posts with in 30 days from date of advt ie 17-07-2016 & 45 days from date of advt for remote areas.
