The education department will impose criminal charges if any of the college managements, outsiders and even students found in the act of malpractice.
The Director of Government Examinations R. Surender Reddy said that Public Exams Act of 1997 (Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair Means) will be imposed for providing free and fair exams.
Earlier candidates were not allowed to take



mobiles phones inside the examination halls but now this rule is also applicable even to the examination officials, if there is any need of communication with heads in emergencies they can communicate through the phones of policemen after entering the details of the call in a register.
The SSC examination going to start from March 14 with the timings from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm.
