Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2020, began on a peaceful note on Monday. In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, students attended the exam with the face masks.
A total of 28 015 candidates registered for the examination. The morning session examination started at 09:00 and concluded at 12 noon and the afternoon
session is scheduled from 15:00 to 18:00 at 56 test centers, including 52 in Telangana and four in Andhra Pradesh.
The TS ECET is offered to candidates for diploma and BSc (mathematics) for lateral entry to the second year BE / BTech and BPharmacy courses offered by both university colleges and private professional aid institutions in the state.
