Telangana government to fill 10,000 vacancies in Police Department

Hyderabad: The Telangana government is likely to issue notification for filling the vacancies of constable and Sub-Inspector posts.

 Notifications to fill 10,000 vacancies in Telangana police department would be issued soon by the state government was announced by the



Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao on Monday.

Speaking to media Harish Rao said that 9,200 posts of Constables and 800 posts of Sub-Inspectors would be filled soon and the state government first time in the country providing special quota for women in the process of recruitment of city cops.
