The entrance test for admission into MBA/MCA courses, TS ICET-2017, is scheduled to be held on May18 from 10 am to 12.30 pm across the State.
TS ICET-2017 Chairman and Kakatiya University Vice-Chancellor Prof R Sayanna speaking to presspersons here on Friday said that as many as 77,308 students have registered so far. Students have an opportunity to apply till May 8 with a late fee of Rs 5,000 and May 14 with a late fee of Rs 10,000.
The test would be conducted at 132 centres under
16 regional centres. He observed that there is an increase of 4,834 applications this year in comparison to 2016 in which 72,474 students registered for the test.
This year, candidates would be allowed into test centres by 8.30 am for taking biometric attendance, he said. The candidates should bring the down-loaded hall ticket, copy of their online application form and blue/black ball point pen only into the examination hall and not to bring any electronic gadgets, he said.
