For the first time, the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TS BIE) will telecast important questions via T-SAT network channels for the benefit of students appearing for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) April 2022. The important questions for regular and vocational streams will be followed by a detailed explanation.

“Important questions will be telecast by the Board via T-SAT network from this week till the commencement of inter exams,” a Board official said on condition of anonymity.

Last year, the Board had made free study material available for the Intermediate first-year exams. The material prepared by experts in subjects-Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Physics, and History had helped students answer the questions easily.

Apart from important questions, the Board has also decided to air practical classes every Sunday through the T-SAT network. As decided, this year, students appearing for intermediate examinations will have more choices among the questions to choose from.

Citing an example, a Board official

said for section ‘A’, students will have to write answers for three out of seven questions instead of three out of five questions. Similarly, for two mark questions, students will be asked to write any 10 out of 15 questions. Earlier, there was no choice in this section. “The Board will release model question papers for all streams soon,” the official said.

This year, Inter theory exams will be conducted from April 20 to May 10, while the practical examinations for both general and vocational courses are from March 23 to April 8. The Ethics & Human Values, and Environmental Education exams will be held on April 11 and 12 respectively.

So far, 8,83,055 out of 9,59,585 students including first and second-year students have paid their exam fee at their respective colleges. While the last date for paying the examination fee without a late fee had concluded on February 10, the last date to pay the exam fee with a late fee of Rs.200 is February 16. Students can also pay the exam fee with a late fee of Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000 from February 17 to 23 and February 24 to March 2 respectively.
