TET results announced

The results for Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), which were held on May 22, have been announced on Friday. Education Department secretary G Kishan informed the media that as many as 54.45% of candidates who appeared for the paper-1 of TET cleared the test, while 25.04% of candidates cleared the test for paper-2.
In Paper-1, Karimnagar district topped with



the highest number of candidates clearing the test, while Rangareddy district stood in the last spot. In Paper-2, Khammam stood first in Mathematics and Science stream, while Medak stood at the last spot. In social studies, Hyderabad took the top spot, while Medak was at the bottom. The results are available at the website www.tstet.cgg.gov.in.
