TS EAMCET application submission from March 6

Hyderabad: The online submission of application forms for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance will begin from March 6 and conclude on April 5.

A notification inviting applications will be issued by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Hyderabad on March 3. The last dates to apply with late fee of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 are April 11 and 17, respectively.

Students can also apply with a late fee of Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000 till April 24 and 28 respectively. The fee for general and OBC candidates is Rs.800 and Rs.400 for SC and ST categories.

General and OBC candidates will be charged Rs 1,600 in case they appear



for both entrance tests whereas for SC and ST categories. it is Rs.800. Upon successful submission of application forms, students can download their hall tickets from April 20 to May 1.

The engineering entrance test is to be held on May 3, 4 and 6 whereas agriculture and pharmacy entrance is on May 8 and 9. Both the tests will be held in two sessions from 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.

Addressing a press conference at JNTU-H here on Saturday, Prof T Papi Reddy, Chairman, Telangana State Council of Higher Education, said there was no change in the conduct of exam and fee. Like last year, students would not be allowed into exam hall after commencement of the test, Reddy said.
