Universities that admit applicants to undergraduate programs based on their academic performance in Central Entrance Test (CUET) the new academic year for first-year students is expected to start either in the last week of October or the first week of November, UGC the chairman M Jagadesh Kumar said.
DU launched its common seat
allotment system on Monday to enable candidates to register for admission based on the results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The university has not released a date sheet or timeline for the three-phase admissions process through the system, but aims to close registration by October 3 and hold the first round of seat allocations by October 10-12.
