Uttar Pradesh youth who are waiting for a job would soon be receiving some good news. Before the Lok Sabha elections, the Yogi government is planning to recruit teachers on a large scale.
The government has called for the details of the vacant posts. The UP government has recruited more than 1.20 lakh assistant teachers in the Basic Education Council schools in its last tenure.
According to departmental sources, at present, 51,000 teachers' posts are vacant in
the basic education department and 7471 teachers' posts are vacant in government schools.
At the same time, 2215 posts of Lecturer and 5256 posts are vacant in Assistant Teacher LT cadre and preparations are on to fill these posts.
