Urdu varsity to hold spot admissions from August 14

Hyderabad: The Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) would be holding spot admissions to fill the vacant seats in various departments for the academic year 2015-2016. Interested candidates should submit fresh applications by August 12 and spot admissions would be held on August 14.

According to a release issued by the university on Friday, seats were available in the courses MA (Urdu, Hindi, Persian, Translation studies, Women Education, Public Administration, Political Science, Social Work, Islamic Studies, History, Economics, Sociology), BA, BSc, MSc (Mathematics), MA (Mass



Communication and Journalism) and para medical programmes.

The spot admission would be held from 10.30 am to 4 pm on August 14. The candidates are advised to carry original documents of qualifications and prescribed fee, the release said. The eligibility and other terms and conditions can be obtained from the university prospectus 2015-16.
