After the reopening of schools from classes 6-8th, the primary classes from 1st to 5th commenced in Uttar Pradesh from Monday. These schools, which are closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic, were reopened after a year.


CM Yogi directed that the schools be opened only according to the Covid-19 guidelines issued by the central government where schools in the state opened from 1st to 5th will open from March 1st. Primary students were welcomed by the teachers and students were excited to join the regular classes back after a long



gap.


After the Central Government issued guidelines to open upper primary schools, CM Yogi had already given instructions to assess the conditions and open schools. At the same time, schools were reopened in October 2020 for higher classes. For the rest of the classes, the government had recommended conducting online classes.


The primary school Jiamau, Lucknow was decorated with flowers and balloons. Rangoli and welcome posters have been installed at the gate. Along with this, children were also given a welcome kit and given mask.
