Vidya Volunteers post by July 20: Kadiam Srihari

Deputy Chief Minister K Srihari today asked the officials to issue notification to fill up Vidya Volunteer posts in the schools by July 20 which are dearth of teachers in the wake of counselling for online transfers. During a meeting he instructed the officials to complete admissions followed by entrance exams by July 15.

He also directed to complete filling up of disturbed faculty in junior and degree



colleges besides putting details of recognized colleges list online and giving them to DEOs concerned and provide admissions through fourth phase of DOST counselling. He said that a meeting of collectors and DEOs should be called immediately for filling up Vidya Volunteers and ensure all arrangements of distributing text books, uniforms and health and hygienic kits to the students.
