The Ministry of Education has extended the registration deadline for Yuva Sangam Phase 5 until October 25, 2024. Eligible youth, aged 18-30, from across India can register on the official portal at ebsb.aicte-india.org.
This decision was made to accommodate the surge in registrations as the previous deadline approached, providing more opportunities for students and professionals to represent their state or union territory in this unique cultural exchange program. The Yuva Sangam offers a multi-dimensional exposure to India’s diversity through the 5 Ps—Paryatan (Tourism), Parampara (Traditions), Pragati
(Development), Paraspar Sampark (People-to-people connect), and Prodyogiki (Technology).
Young professionals (both employed and self-employed), along with students, including NSS/NYKS volunteers and off-campus youth (such as those enrolled in online courses or skilling institutions), are eligible to apply for the programme.
A senior official from the Ministry of Education noted that the response to Yuva Sangam Phase 5 has been overwhelmingly positive. The deadline extension was prompted by the recent surge in interest and aims to accommodate all aspiring participants who wish to register.
