Ace filmmaker Karan Johar shocked the world when he announced that he has become a father to twins via surrogacy. Karan is now a dad to a daughter and son named Roohi and Yash who were born on February 7, 2017.

Amul, who is known for their creative take on current affair's paid a tribute to KJo in complete Dharma fashion. They shared an ad which had the phrase 'Kabhi beti, kabhie son!' as an ode to Karan's family movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham which released in 2001. The tagline is written in 'Johar se cheer karo!'

In the ad, you can see Karan in a suit sitting on a couch with his babies on each hand while the Amul girl is dressed up as a nurse looking at Karan.

How spot on is this ad!?

We can't wait for KJo to show off his tiny toddlers.

In his statement, KJo revealed his excitement of being a father for the first time. He said, "I am ecstatic to

share with you all the two most wonderful additions to my life, my children and lifelines;  Roohi and Yash. I feel enormously blessed to be a parent to these pieces of my heart who were welcomed into this world with the help of the marvels of medical science.

This was an emotional yet well thought out decision which I have taken after considering all the responsibilities and duties that come with being a parent. In order to arrive at this decision, I have prepared myself mentally, physically, emotionally and logistically to ensure that my children get all the unconditional love, care and attention from me and mine. I have submitted to the fact that my children are my world and priority.  My work, travels and social commitments would have to take a back seat and I am prepared for that. By the grace of God, I have the most caring and supportive mother who will be an integral part of the upbringing of her grandchildren and of course, friends who are family."
