Singer-cum-actor Annu Kapoor was admitted to Delhi's Ganga Ram Hospital on Thursday morning due to chest pain.
In a statement, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital said that the 66-year-old's condition was stable and that he was recovering under the supervision of the cardiology department.
According to Dr Ajay Swaroop, Chairman of management at Sir Ganga
Ram Hospital, "Mr Kapoor was admitted for chest problem. He is admitted under Dr Sushant Wattal in cardiology. He is currently stable and recovering."
The actor is known for his roles in the Ayushmann Khurana starrer Vicky Donor and Dream Girl. He played parts in the Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ajay Devgan starrer movie titled Raincoat and Priyanka Chopra's 7 Khoon Maaf.
