Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 2 hits century as film enters Rs 200 crore club

Ajay Devgn’s thriller Drishyam 2 has taken the box office by storm ever since it was released on November 18. The film directed by Abhishek Pathak continues to rule the ticket windows despite new releases every week. The movie is keeping a strong hold despite several new releases.

Drishyam 2 stars Ajay Devgn along with Shriya Saran, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna among others in key roles. Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya, which was released on November 25, a week after the release of the crime thriller,



didn’t make much impact at the box office despite receiving rave reviews from the audience and critics.

The film, which witnessed a great start at the box office while minting great money, has finally surpassed the Rs 200 crore mark. Previously, his films like Golmaal Again and National Award-Winning Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior had entered into the same club. Drishyam 2, which completed a successful 23-day run at the box office, earned Rs 4.65 Crores. Hence, taking the tally to Rs 201.67 crores.
