Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor's new house Krishna Raj Kapoor nearly complete

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s new bungalow is finally complete. The bungalow is named after his grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. The Rs 250 crore property is now a gift to his daughter, Raha Kapoor, and appears to be nearing completion.

A video shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani showed that Ranbir and Alia’s new house is finally complete. The multi-storey home features a grey and off-white exterior, complemented by large windows and balconies.

The building boasts a



terrace garden adorned with an array of plants, adding a refreshing touch to the space. Each floor features a balcony with elegant white railings. The six-storey residence holds deep sentimental value, as Ranbir, Alia, Neetu, and Raha frequently visited the site to ensure the construction aligned with their vision. It appears the couple may be ready to move in soon.

As per reports, the Animal actor intends to gift the bungalow to his two-year-old daughter, Raha. He plans to register the property in her name.
