Amitabh & Abhishek Bachchan meet Minister Nitin Gadkari to lend support for National Road Safety Mission

Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan met Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, in Mumbai on Thursday. Gadkari has sought the support of Bachchan to champion the cause of the National Road Safety Mission in India. Nitin Gadkari's official Twitter handle shared the pictures of their meeting. According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, in India itself about eighty thousand people are killed in road crashes annually which is thirteen per cent of the total fatality all over the world.
