Amitabh Bachchan discharged after testing COVID-19 NEGATIVE, confirms Abhishek

Actor Abhishek Bachchan informed that father and megastar Amitabh Bachchan has finally tested negative for coronavirus and has got discharged from the Nanavati hospital where he was in the isolation ward for around three weeks. He tweeted, "my father, thankfully, has tested negative on his latest Covid-19 test and has been discharged from the hospital. He will now be at home and rest. Thank you all for all your prayers and wishes for him." Amitabh, along with Abhishek, Aishwarya and Aaradhya had tested positive for COVID19 on July 11. While Big and Abhishek were rushed to the hospital, Aishwarya and Aaradhya were kept



at home in Jalsa since there were no symptoms.

Later, when the Fanney Khan actress and her daughter complained of sore throat and fever, they were admitted to Nanavati Hospital. The mother-daughter duo tested negative and returned home. Abhishek also informed the fans about his own health and tweeted that he will still stay under medical care. He tweeted, "I, Unfortunately due to some comorbidities remain Covid-19 positive and remain in hospital. Again, thank you all for your continued wishes and prayers for my family. Very humbled and indebted. I’ll beat this and come back healthier! Promise."
